CA Foundation
4 papers, 400 marks, written after Class 12. This is the stage we teach, live at Skillern today.

Chartered Accountancy is India's most respected finance credential, and Foundation is where it begins. We teach it alongside your Grade 11 and 12 schooling, not on top of it.
The preparatory programme runs across two academic years, with roughly 14 to 15 months of active teaching inside that span, delivered on your campus alongside Grade 11 and 12.
Delivered by our faculty, inside your classroom.
Included in the programme, at no additional material cost.
Per the ICAI New Scheme, four papers, 100 marks each.
| Paper | Subject | Format |

| 3 | Quantitative Aptitude | Objective (MCQ), 100 marks, negative marking |

Foundation is the first of four stages. Here's the complete road ahead, so you know exactly what this exam is leading toward.
4 papers, 400 marks, written after Class 12. This is the stage we teach, live at Skillern today.
6 papers across two groups. Group 1 covers Advanced Accounting, Corporate and Other Laws, and Taxation. Group 2 covers Cost and Management Accounting, Auditing and Ethics, and Financial Management and Strategic Management. Roughly 70% descriptive and 30% MCQ, and the two groups can be cleared separately.
Hands-on training under a practising Chartered Accountant, working on real audit files, tax returns, and client engagements. ICAI's practical training requirement is currently moving from 3 years to 2 under the New Scheme.
6 papers across two groups. Group 1 covers Financial Reporting, Advanced Financial Management, and Advanced Auditing. Group 2 covers Direct Tax Laws and International Taxation, Indirect Tax Laws, and Integrated Business Solutions, a 4-hour case study paper, plus 4 Self-Paced Online Modules. Students can attempt this in the final 6 months of articleship.
ICAI membership and the CA prefix, at the end of a journey that takes roughly 4.5 to 5 years from Foundation registration. Most students get here well before a peer who chose a traditional degree followed by an MBA.
This is the actual structure we run students through, built and refined in our own classrooms, not a generic coaching calendar.
We build strong basics in PU1. School concepts are taught alongside their CA applications from day one, and weekly quizzes keep everything fresh.
CA-specific subjects are introduced in PU2 / Grade 12. The complete syllabus is taught once, in full, by the middle of PU2, and a midway review keeps every student on track.
We deliberately slow the CA content here. Board exams take priority, with just enough light CA revision to keep concepts warm.
An intensive revision push right after boards. Mock tests, exam strategy, and one-on-one doubt clearing all the way to exam day.
Most families end up paying for school and CA coaching as two completely separate things, run by two separate teams who never talk to each other. We built Skillern to close that gap.
