Who This Is For
EligibilityStudents who have passed or appeared for Class 12 can register for CSEET with ICSI.
Best entry pointGrade 11 / PU1, giving enough runway to attempt CSEET soon after boards.
Who it suitsStudents who enjoy law, drafting, governance and communication as much as numbers.
RegistrationRegistration stays open year-round, with cut-off dates ahead of each of the four annual sittings.

A computer-based test of 200 marks across four parts.

Two groups covering company law, tax laws, corporate accounting, securities laws and capital markets.

Structured training with a company or a practising Company Secretary, as prescribed by ICSI.

Advanced governance, drafting, resolution of corporate disputes, and secretarial audit and compliance management.

Company Secretary
ICSI membership, with roles in board governance, compliance, and corporate secretarial practice.
